In Class Writing Activity 11/16/10

As a future educator I know many of my fellow teachers, administration, and students may not be comfortable working with the technology I want to incorporate into my classroom. One of my biggest ideas in order to bridge this gap will be to model and demonstrate. I think it is extremely important to be model and demonstrate for other people how I plan to use these technologies. I will then work with them to show them how they too can use the technological tool. Lastly, I will encourage them to break away and work alone, to discover, and to explore. I will also be readily available for any questions or concerns that my students, fellow teachers, or administration may have. I am open to reflection and revision.
